1.Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the xbajer platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbajer operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit use of its services by anyone under this age threshold. This restriction applies to all players regardless of location.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any corporate entity, third party, or agent.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of xbajer or any of its affiliated entities.

xbajer reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account, with funds held until verification is completed. All age verification checks are conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards.

2.Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the xbajer platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xbajer employs device fingerprinting and behavioural analytics to detect duplicate account activity.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. xbajer shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by a player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact xbajer support immediately at [email protected].

xbajer reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, use of automated software (bots), or violation of any provision of these Terms.

3.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

xbajer accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected international card networks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific limits and processing times may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All funds deposited into your xbajer account are held in trust for gaming purposes. Deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbajer does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — xbajer has no control over third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within the following timeframes:

• Mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): Typically within 15–60 minutes of approval, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

xbajer reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing any withdrawal. We may request documentation including but not limited to national identity card (NID), bank statement, or mobile money account confirmation. Withdrawals will not be released until all requested documentation has been reviewed and approved. xbajer is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Any funds deposited that are found to have been obtained fraudulently, or deposited using payment methods not registered in the account holder's name, will be confiscated and the account closed. xbajer cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions investigating fraud.

4.Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

xbajer may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before a withdrawal request will be accepted. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• xbajer reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings obtained through the exploitation of system errors, software faults, or collusive behaviour will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.
• Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming programme may have their eligibility for certain promotions affected. This is a deliberate safeguard and is not subject to appeal.

Cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or IPL fixtures are issued at xbajer's sole discretion. Eligibility criteria for such promotions are determined on a per-campaign basis and communicated in advance via the platform.

5.Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the xbajer platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules as set by the game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). These rules are accessible within each game interface and take precedence over any general xbajer guidance on specific game mechanics.

In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or a sports betting event, xbajer will apply its standard dispute resolution procedure. Where a game round is incomplete at the time of failure, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. xbajer's decision on all technical disputes is final.

6.Responsible Gaming

xbajer takes its responsibility to promote safe and responsible gambling seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools available to all registered players from within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their gambling activity.

Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of a valid request being received. 7.Intellectual Property

All content on the xbajer platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbajer or its licensed content providers. Nothing on this platform constitutes a transfer or licence of any intellectual property rights to the player.

You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the xbajer platform without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of xbajer's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajer and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including without limitation losses arising from:

• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or network failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances that result from genuine system faults (all such errors will be corrected and affected transactions voided or recalculated).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses incurred during participation in gambling activities, which by their nature involve financial risk.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers.

xbajer's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.Privacy and Data Protection

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and xbajer's decision on all matters of platform policy — including account closures, balance forfeitures, and bonus disputes — shall be final and binding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by xbajer of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
